The Global Real Estate Talent Network.

REA Network is the largest dedicated platform for real estate talent, built across 150 leading universities, 55 cities, and the industries' top players.

Earth from space — REA Network global reach

Real Estate is global. Its talent network should be too.

REA identifies the strongest real estate-focused students across the world's leading university and real estate markets, organizes them into local teams, and connects them with the firms shaping the industry. For members, this creates access to companies, markets, and peers far beyond their own university or city. For partners, REA is the direct gateway to selected real estate talent across the world's key markets. REA is the only dedicated real estate talent platform operating at this level of geographic scale, selection, and industry focus. REA connects talent with the industry through formats with firms such as:

REA's mission is to create the central platform for the real estate industry.
Real estate is global, but access to talent is still fragmented by university, city and personal networks. REA changes that by creating one global platform where the strongest emerging real estate talent can connect, grow, and enter the industry.

REA recruits members from 150 leading universities, including Ivy League, Oxbridge, C9 institutions, Europe's top schools, and prestigious institutions around the world. Members come from more than 35 study disciplines, creating one of the most diverse and relevant early-talent groups in real estate.

REA is built through selective 15-member teams across key real estate markets. Each chapter brings together talent from the city's leading universities and creates direct access to the firms active in that market.

REA connects local chapters across cities, countries, and continents into one dedicated global platform for real estate talent. This gives members international access to recruitment and networking, and gives companies a structured way to reach talent across markets.

REA members engage with the industry through local events and cross-border formats. These activities create direct exposure to firms, projects, markets, and career opportunities that students would not usually access through their university alone.

REA is the central talent pipeline between real estate talent and the industry. By identifying and connecting the strongest profiles early, REA also creates a long-term professional network that becomes more valuable as its members move into the industry.

Formats

REA members engage with the real estate industry through a range of formats that create direct access to firms, projects, and markets. For partner firms, each is an opportunity to connect with top talent, host their own touchpoints, and build a presence across the network.

REA event REA event

A structured visit to a partner's office. Members gain direct insight into how the firm operates, its investment focus, and what careers look like from the inside. For companies, it is one of the most effective ways to engage a curated group of high-calibre candidates in a setting they fully control.

Direct exposure to real assets across the development and investment cycle - completed buildings, active construction sites, or live development projects. Members engage with the project team on location, connecting the financial, strategic, and physical dimensions of real estate in a way no classroom setting can replicate.

A public-facing format that positions the chapter as a credible platform for real estate conversation. Thought leaders, practitioners, and academics discuss substantive market topics in a moderated setting - open to members, external students, professionals, and alumni - followed by audience Q&A and informal networking.

REA's flagship global format. A selected cross-chapter group travels to one city for 2-4 days of concentrated market exposure - combining partner company visits, site visits, and workshops with informal member events. The format brings together a highly diverse group from different universities, cities, and countries.

Structured around a real investment case provided by one partner firm. Teams from across the REA network apply, work through the challenge over a defined period, and present to a judging panel at the final round in a selected city. The partner sets the brief, context, and evaluation criteria.

Structured learning in real estate finance, valuation, and investment analysis - delivered through modelling workshops, market deep-dives, and curriculum developed with REPE Academy. REA's education programs equip members with practical skills and co-branded firm exposure.

Leadership

Each REA chapter is led by a dedicated local board of selected students, coordinating the chapter's events, partnerships, and member recruitment across their university and city. Across all chapters, a Global Board oversees organizational strategy, cross-chapter initiatives, and the network's long-term direction. Together, local and global leadership execute a shared strategic plan that scales the platform and deepens REA's impact, globally.
