Each chapter admits just ten students — a deliberate choice that ensures precision over numbers. The Recruitment Process.
Our recruitment process has been designed in collaboration with industry specialists and partner companies, following standards applied by leading firms worldwide. Every candidate is evaluated not only for academic excellence and leadership potential, but also for the values that define our culture: passion, humility, ownership, and long-term commitment.
Application is standardised and follows a three stage process:
1. Online Application
Candidates begin with a straightforward online submission, including academic records and motivational questions that test ambition and commitment. This stage establishes the foundation: verifying academic excellence while assessing whether an applicant demonstrates the drive and alignment necessary to represent REA.
2. Case Assessment
Shortlisted candidates are invited to select from a pool of cases spanning different domains of real estate — ensuring each applicant works on challenges aligned with their background and strengths. These cases are provided directly by our industry partners, including CBRE, Greystar, and more. The assessment is designed to test analytical precision, creativity, and problem-solving under real conditions.
3. Final Interviews
The interviews take place in person, where candidates not only present and defend their case results before REA’s team, but also engage in a broader conversation that goes beyond the assignment itself. This stage evaluates how applicants communicate complex ideas, and carry themselves in dialogue — while also probing for commitment, cultural fit, and the ability to thrive within a high-performing team.
The Outcome.

Each chapter admits only the top ten candidates from the most prestigious universities in its city. Those admitted join an ecosystem of like-minded, ambitious peers, while companies working with REA can be certain they are engaging with talent of a standard they would otherwise only expect to meet at a late-stage recruitment round.
